'It's not every day you get an experience like we had with Scott and Michelle from Hartmor. We were able to take our time in selecting the right addition to our family, and the temperament of our little guy is just fantastic. Acquiring a new horse can be as every day and impersonal as buying at auction, or as personal as a 5 star resort. Hartmor gave us such a welcoming, personalised and hospitable experience. We are so thankful for the opportunity to purchase our new horse from Scott and Michelle and would certainly have to think very carefully about buying from anywhere else given the great experience we had with them.' Sheree and Hardy Manser, Port Curtis QLD
'We purchased a 14mth old yellow bitch from Hartmor and are very happy with her. She has a beautiful temperament and has become an important part of our family and working dog team. We have used her for breaking in weaners and for mustering. Tilly works well in a team or on her own and she has no bark. We found Scott and Michelle very honest and professional and we would not hesitate in purchasing from them again.' - Kyle and Aimee Smith, Gympie QLD
'We have had now 3 “Lectro Lena San” foals all of which are just lovely! They are very smart and easy to handle right from the start; halter training, float loading, hoof trimming, just everything we ask of them they think about it, then straight into the task we have asked without a problem. We only wish they were all like our lectro babies ! The eldest 2 geldings are now under saddle and sold on with exceptional temperaments. Reports from one owner said it was the easiest 2 year old she had every ridden. The other was assured a life time home & will never be sold! They were so impressed with these horses. We are looking forward to starting our lastest colt and I am sure he wont dissapoint us. Many thanks to Michelle & Scott for their wonderful mare care. They are fantastic to work with, enthusiastic and a great contributers to the Quarter horse breeding industry. It is not an easy one. Keep up the good work. We have no hestitations in recommending either the purchase of young stock, or the breeding of your mares at Hartmor Stud.' - Jill and Syd Lake, Sunnyside Creek Quarter Horses, Tenterfield NSW
'My two year old gelding, ‘He’s High Voltage’ (Chopper), (by Lecto Lena San) has been a pleasure in all respects. I bred the mare to Lectro Lena San in 2008 and have enjoyed my foal every step of the way. He has been easy to get along with at all stages from weaning through breaking in to competition. Chopper is out of a Studbook reg. ASH mare, therefore making him eligible for dual registration. He won many championships in his first year of showing, including led and ridden. A highlight at this early stage was winning Reserve Champion ASH Hack at the New England ASH Show, Armidale – Chopper had only been broken in for 8 weeks and won Reserve Champion over many seasoned horses. I have no hesitation in saying that this gelding has all desirable traits, from confirmation, to attitude and he is showing a lot of cowsense at this stage.' - Anna Keys, NSW
'I have had the honour of being friends with Scott and Michelle Hartwig for many years now. During this time I have worked with both the dogs and horses that they have bred and have been nothing but impressed with their quiet nature and intelligence. So much so that due to these factors my father has just purchased a gorgeous filly from Hartmor.' - Jalaine Roberts, Yaamba, QLD
'I think Lectro Lena San is a very under estimated Sire. He passes on a beautiful temperament and plenty of cow. I would have no hesitation to breed a mare to him.' - Gail Bernadine, Caboolture QLD, owner of Lectrosa Lena
